If you want to know the secrets of Moroccan cuisine and learn how to cook some of their dishes, we offer you a Moroccan cooking course. It is an ideal activity for cooking lovers and families, you will have the chance to learn some original dishes to make at home, such as the famous Moroccan tagine and the different types of salty and sweet salads, harira, couscous and tangia.Participants in the first course must go to the Berber souk, where they must buy the main ingredients, always accompanied by our assistants. Once we have the raw material, we will go to the workshop where the cooking class will take place.
Here one or more cooks will teach us, through their demonstrations and instructions, how to prepare these wonderful dishes (Moroccan salads, harira, couscous, pastela, tangia ). It is a hands-on activity and whatever your culinary experience, you should be clear that the important thing is to participate. Above all, the idea is to have fun learning!
Once cooked, participants can enjoy lunch or dinner, the menu they have prepared with the help of our cooks.
The cost of the course depends on the number of participants and the number of dishes you will prepare!
