The ourika valley is located about 65 km from Marrakech. This pleasant trip in the ourika valley includes several stops in different places.
The first stop will be a few kilometers from Marrakech to enjoy the magnificent views of the different landscapes and to take pictures.
The second stop is the Berber House, where you will discover from near and far the real life of the Berbers (their customs, their traditional meals, their tagines, their habits, etc.) and you will be able to taste Moroccan mint tea and witness its making in a friendly and joyful atmosphere by one of the famous ladies in the region of ourika valley.
Afterwards, we will make another stop a few kilometers from the Berber house to visit a women’s cooperative that makes a hand extracted argan oil. We will then go to our last stop, the village of Sitti Fadma, accessible by car. Another challenge is to hike to the waterfalls of Sitti Fadma, accompanied by a professional local guide.
It takes about 45 minutes to reach the first waterfall and along the way you will have the opportunity to explore the exceptional beauty of the natural features of this village. After the hike, we return for lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the river and the mountains, and then return to Marrakech around 5pm.
